酒店环境和设施还好 因为去方特玩也没有很多选择 东厢住满了 只能订其他的了 这家是这附近最好的了 但是400多一晚真的相当不划算 房间什么的还好 主要是服务体验太差了 早餐东西太少了 很多客人都要等 真的没试过这样的情况…… 端上来一点点东西 一下子就没有了 别人问还有没 结果服务员还不耐烦 说不是刚上了一盆啊 无语了 还有上菜时服务员居然叼着一根烟上来的！隔壁桌有个女的当场就说了怎么能抽烟端菜 结果也没有解释没有道歉 总之 服务太差了 下次来方特玩也不会来的 这边以后还会开海洋公园 奥特莱斯什么的 但是这样的服务没有会开第二次的 下次还是要定东厢

两个家庭自驾亲自游，东厢下单晚了，无房！改订的他家，这家酒店位置不错！离方特园区很近！步行大约12分钟，我们选择开车去的！房间里一个自动麻将机，晚上和朋友一家切磋了一下！两家人2天玩得都很开心！值得一玩、很不错的体验！
