老宾馆，一个人出差冲着安全去的。枕头下面有头发，可见没换床单，下水道不畅通，洗澡时水都没过脚丫了。晚上睡得还可以，床还是挺舒服的。早上六点半退房，前台告知我开专票要八点以后，请问每个客人都是八点以后退房吗？我出差六点半必须要走，还得等到你八点人上班了才有票?三星级就是这个服务?我也是星级酒店负责OTA的，别用这些来糊弄我。
