入住4天时间，押金一共交了1100百元，房费去了672.就因为入住后的第二个晚上下雨出去了回来把地巾给踩脏了，去退房的时候服务员给我说把地巾弄脏了，要扣我60块钱，我就很纳闷，其实60块钱是小事，为什么地巾弄脏了就要扣钱？我还是第一次遇到酒店这样规定，既然你这个是地巾，你们作为酒店就有思想准备客人会弄脏，因为你这个是地巾不是毛巾和浴巾，我怎么没拿毛巾和浴巾去垫地呢？要么你就不配，要么你就在卫生间门口粘贴一个提示我也没话说，你既然没提示也没标语，连续两个晚上服务去打扫为什生的时候你怎么不提醒一下？更搞笑的是服务员说我不在房间，我不在你就不知道给我打电话，我订房上面有我电话，而且房间里面也有座机你可以告诉我呀，你们这不是明摆着欺负我外地人？况且我在这里也待了三年时间，60块钱是小事，你们这种不完善的做法确实很欺负人，还有你们哪的店长态度也是极为恶劣。
