万豪都是欢喜的。金可儿床垫一睡可以不起，thann洗护用品也甚是称心。服务一流，圣诞节入住玩了游戏猜答案，居然bingo，礼物是line的熊头，开心一记。

保安可以当教练教你怎么停车，半夜空调效果不冷大堂经理可以告诉你是你身体太强壮了。（ps：我是夏天入住的）住过最差的五星级酒店，没有之一

是家好酒店，吃住得很舒心。尤其表扬前台接待经理晏小姐。由于我本人的误操作导致了费用的多扣，晏小姐在办理手续时及时提示并积极主动多方联系沟通，最终解决了问题。在此感谢晏小姐和她的同事。

住宿三天期间，进进出出有一次门卫脱岗，我一个人抱着小盆友，的士车停在那边起码三分钟，不见有行李生过来帮忙，门卫也不见踪影，到最后我拎着一堆东西拉着宝宝六七个组合气球，感觉异常狼狈的下来，准备进大堂了，终于有个行李生过来打招呼，说实话，真的感觉不够专业，有失万豪品牌，虽然没有住过万豪酒店，以前经常住喜达屋旗下品牌酒店，从来没有遇见过这些问题
