酒店在醴陵市是非常有名气。贵为醴陵市委的招待酒店。毫不客气的说，就是政府单位的后花园，入住晚上8点，窗外轰鸣非常大的广场舞音乐，房间单设空调，外机就在所谓的花园阳台，整晚都是噪音。挂牌五星，赠送饮料，甚至冰箱都没有任何物品，早上九点整下楼吃早餐，却已收摊，那含双早有何用？退房时间可以延迟到下午两点，本人两点十五分退房，却告知要交予半天房费，可笑的前台跟经理通报处理此事，却告知房间为艺龙网预订，押金强行扣除半天房费，多么可笑的荒唐理由，酒店对外经营就理应一视同仁，难不成人名币都有差别？强烈抗议酒店此举，各位出差旅行醴陵选此酒店，理应慎重。
