  开年第一站入住天台开元酒店感受特别深，酒店浓浓的年味，前台员工非常喜庆，进大门就听到她们热情的问候新年好，到前台又是送旺旺又是送糖果，满满的祝福语，前台还提前联系我们询问几点到店，几个人入住做得非常细心周到，房间提前开启了空调暖暖的，还有水果夜宵。早餐不错，酒店停车方便不收费，交通方便距离我们办事的单位非常近 ，周边商场银行都有，非常满意。

  这次的酒店是住过最好的一个酒店，非常满意的酒店服务，昨天来的时候下雪，今天早上退房去开车，想到车子肯定被雪封住了，还在想要拿什么东西去清理车上的积雪，没想到车上的雪给清理得很干净，再看其他的车也清理的很干净，回到前台询问说是酒店给每台停在酒店的客人的车都进行了清理，这样个性化的服务很贴心很温暖，很意外。太感谢酒店这样的温馨服务，值得推荐，给你们点赞。早餐不错，房间安静

  每次来株洲出差都会住这家酒店，酒店是园林式的，环境非常好。地理位置也很优越，周边设施齐全，院内停车方便。前台小姐姐服务热情周到，办理速度很快。酒店房间安静舒适，早餐品种多、味道好。

  带孩子及家人入住非常好，孩子老人非常喜欢在酒店园区里面玩，景色很美，前台服务员态度很好很细心，房间安静还有水果和银耳羹，早餐有孩子非常喜欢春卷和金丝饼，粉面粥牛奶都有，看我们带孩子和老人，退房时前台人员还送了矿泉水给我们带在车上，停车方便，周边购物交通银行都方便，下次再来，感谢你们
