我在网上预订两天的经济房，到了酒店就给开了一天的，第二天又下去续订的，结果出去一趟回来了，房间的门打不开了，到前台，说是没有给我刷卡。我想说收钱怎么不忘了，住两天还交两次押金，我也服气了。最后最后，最可气的是，退房时不给开发票，理由是我从艺龙网上预订的，没有发票。为什么呀，网上预订机会不给发票，谁规定的呀，哪里有这个规定。
