酒店衞生还可以，房间隔音特别不好，晚上11点多隔壁声音特别大，和前台沟通後还换了房间，第一次遇到这种情况，也是挺无语的

都説很热情，别的酒店都能免费延迟退房，这家不行，还得单独付费，房间衞生还可以，但是很多细节有点不仔细，毛巾有个洞没检查出来，浴巾质量不是很好，感觉用很久了，其他的都还不错

房间很好很乾净，前台工作人员也很棒。中间出现一些小bug，携程的工作人员也积极协调。淄博真是一个人文环境很好的城市。

非常满意！非常好！酒店工作人员都很热情，态度温柔耐心！酒店乾净衞生，周边环境安静且乾净，停车方便。机器人送外卖孩子也很喜欢。一整个直接被这个品牌的酒店安利住了，以後还会来住，满意满意

房间有发霉的味道，通风也不管事。水流非常小，水温也不行，洗澡水凉。退房时前台问入住体验？我説不行，她説是水流的事吗？证明她们是知道有问题的。这个环境不值这个价格。

酒店不错，网速超快，房间很温馨，不错的酒店，交通比较便利，衞生不错，前台小姐姐也很贴心，每次来都住这里！服务很好，超级便利，旁边是超市吃饭，商场都有喜欢，推荐入住！
