  酒店注重的是整体服务，不能因为前台嘴甜，长的好看，就一味的给好评！我算是长客，提一下意见，有时候房间里面水喝完了，给要瓶水就别收费了。酒店不就是要给人宾至如归的感觉吗？天气暖和了，你这住酒店送洗浴的票还收费了，你想想长住的根本不会每天去洗，不长住的洗一次觉得挺好，人家还来住，不挺好吗？？？？你名字不就是温泉酒店嘛。。。。

  酒店设施不错，地下停车场比较陡，行车多注意；早上自助餐跟隔壁一起，味道还不错，就是总量不多。床垫比较舒适

  来这家酒店是冲着温泉来的，不过来的时候已经晚上了，说温泉关门了。送了两张洗浴门票，一层洗浴汗蒸，然后二楼39一个人吃个自助餐，因为是晚上了，也没什么吃的了。酒店房间比较大，睡着挺舒服的，总体来说还不错，这个价格也不低了，也对得起这个价了。

  前台服务热情周到，房间大，床比较舒服，洗澡水流有点少，早餐比较丰盛，总体还是不错的。

  “超乎期望”这是我的第一感觉。 从大堂到房间，到入住体验，以及温泉等，全都让我觉得“超乎期望”。 小细节分享： 1.大堂的香氛，很有档次，与国际连锁星级酒店相近； 2.5楼有中庭花园，鱼池中观赏金鱼；此设计很好，增添氛围感； 3.入住含早餐，含温泉票，尤其是温泉及洗浴中心，大堂经理到服务生，每个人服务意识都很好，且亲切问候。 4.房间的床，不硬不软，很舒服； 5.卫生间超大，敞亮； 6.服务及时，比如需要一套牙刷，打过电话给前台，很快就送过来了； 最后补充：酒店现场照片比它在网上放出来的照片要好看多了！建议酒店品牌部可以重新多拍一组照片进行补充。
