订房间的时候显示礼品有延时退房到14：00，可是去退房却被告知不行，就算不行，你也该在要到退房时间时通知一下啊，让后被扣了半天房费，很气。不是在乎那半天房费，而是在乎诚信问题，我也不知道是谁的责任，总之很失望。。。这次真的很失望的。

位置方便，卫生差点，刷牙的杯子里满是杯子使用时间过长的水垢，在屋的时候，服务员竟然开门要进来，虽说是下雨怕没关窗户，但总得先敲门吧，还有艺龙的延迟退房根本不好用，额外加了加时费
