淄博枫叶酒店环境很好，房间干净也很安静，服务员的态度也很好，由于出差时感冒了，在酒店吃早餐后，正准备吃药时，被酒店餐厅的服务员看到后，她主动给我倒了一杯温水，让我在这个冬季感觉暖暖的，我在这再次感谢她，有机会再来淄博，还会入住。

地理位置不错，房间设施比较新，设备很全面，房间布置也很完善到位，干净整洁，工作人员服务态度特别好，不管是前台还是餐厅的工作人员，必须点赞。更加贴心的是，我和老公第二天晚上回来时，发现床上居然有一对天鹅（浴巾叠制），下面留了一张便签，实在太有爱了！
