出差淄博周村，第一次入住这家酒店，但是给的房间非常不好，连住两晚但是空调都开不了，给酒店客服致电，一晚上来维修了几趟都没有弄好，最后给我打电话解释空调之所以用不了是由于3.15停止供暖了，你们觉得这借口可笑吗？坏了就坏了还狡辩，停暖跟你们什么关系，停暖酒店就不开空调了吗？停暖酒店就不营业了吗？最烦这种推卸责任的人了。住的那间房门就反锁不了，浴袍有一大片污渍。第三天换另一间房间空调就是好的，看看你们的借口多烂。
