整个博山区找不到一家高级别的酒店，万杰硬件设施算够大，可是房间内设施很旧，感觉不舒服，但找不到好的，只有将就！

博山区资格较老的四星酒店了，外观大气，环境清幽，周边配套设施齐全。房间内装修有些老了，总体来说还可以吧，现在价格也比较亲民。

酒店外觀很有氣派 但因為落成較久 內部裝修及設施都比較陳舊. 除了酒店 要找吃的要稍走十來分鐘才能找到餐館. 房內的毛巾等都見發黃 但幸好房間沒有異味 感覺還可以. 入住時 前台的女服務員很恍神 但一位年青的帅小伙子"大堂副理"都親切招呼. 要進房時 房卡打不開門 一位酒店老技工見狀 熱情幫忙 但原來門卡有問題 要去換卡時 又見"大堂副理" 他立即先幫我開門 再幫我去換門卡. 退房時 原來又把藝龍的訂單誤攪成攜程 幸好旁邊又有位女的"大堂副理"立即幫安排更正入住價錢及訂單. 整體來說 出了很多小問題 關鍵在有兩位熱心的男 女"大堂副理"立即處理事情 沒令我對該酒店留下壞印象. 在此謝謝男 女"副理的專業服務.
