非常一般，不推荐，服务员态度一般，说含双早，只给一张早餐券，服务员不敲门就近房间，开普票还要客人电话，服务态度相当差了吧！艺龙客服服务态度差，我定的单间没有了为什么还要确认，也不通知，导致我把之前的订单取消不能返现，之后询问情况艺龙客服态度也很恶劣，不推荐万杰酒店，也不推荐用艺龙APP了，没以前的服务好了。
