体验越来越差的酒店，从2012年就开始住在这里，眼看着一年不如一年，服务员耐心很差，很不专业，而且服务人员处理流程都不同，导致不同前台给你的回复不一样，当然他们靠接待团队也能保持不错的销量，但是3.8分对于五星级酒店来说很是不堪了。以后不会住在这里了

前台很好，待人接物亲切热情，我叫了外卖，服务生很客气的给我送到房间。但早餐很差！早餐到九点半结束，我八点五十到餐厅还不算太晚吧？就有很多饭菜是冷的，更奇葩的是，早餐没有水果！是任何水果都没有！我以前在这家住过多次呢，原来放水果的位置一片空空，问服务员，服务员说“我们早餐就没水果”！要是乡镇招待所我就认了，你敢自称五星级酒店，你说说国内哪家五星级酒店的早餐没水果？欺负我们乡下人没进过城么？

这是一家伪五星级酒店，门面灰暗，性能破旧不堪，早餐巨烂，五星级的价格连水果都没有，酒店内的设施很陈旧，游泳池的水深不到一米，更令人头疼的是，早晨不到六点，楼下鞭炮齐鸣，走廊吵闹的要命，根本无法入睡。不值得居住，价格也太贵了。最多两百元的价格可以接受。
