其他的都还好，就是预定房间系统不完善，10点钟过去说到14点才有房，等吧可以理解……14点去说前客人续住了1小时，又等吧…再次理解，…16点中途打了电话，留了手机号说到时候房间好了通知我，一直没等到电话，直到17点等的准备要取消订单了，房间才有了，前台说忘记通知我，想想就挺气的
