15日凌晨12点左右酒店因线路故障发生火灾，酒店消防设施报警器完全没有反应，酒店工作人员也没有叫顾客就自己跑了，我熟睡中被浓烟呛醒。自己跑下楼，后来酒店安排其他地方住宿，第二天回去收拾东西，酒店只愿意退房费并未做出其他补偿。我很气愤。索性昨晚火势不大，要是火势很大我们住在高层的客人很有可能被困甚至烧死。对酒店这种不负责任的态度表示强烈不满！
