1.酒店噪音非常大，导致晚上1点到处换房，和前台反映，经理说没什么声音。2.强行说顾客消费，周后核对，是酒店的错误。3.新秀丽箱子拉杆被整折了，没有人认，酒店的意思不知道进房间后我对箱子都做了什么。

每次来邹平都住这，中规中矩的酒店。非常不满的是四楼的良子，服务态度超级差。或许和贵酒店不是一家，双方不关联，但作为住客的第一反应还是酒店管理不行。拜托了，这样的服务，服务员就像大爷，很损贵酒店在住客心中印象的。
