温泉还可以，孩子很喜欢，室外泡池蚊子多了点。酒店服务还可以，就餐不是很方便，需要到温泉那边全自助的。

客观的说外部装修还算豪华，但软服务很差，全程服务员没笑容，就和欠钱一样，早餐只到早晨九点，这种休闲度假型酒店早餐那么早结束，是逼着客人早起早走人吗。

宾馆环境不错，温泉建在半山腰上，可以说美轮美奂了，在河北属于高端了，室外大大小小40多个汤池，室内也很大，有一般温泉具备的功能，按摩亲子设备都很齐全、非常适合带小朋友来。早餐很一般，房间面积不大，但很注重细节，有四星标准。

周边环境一般，但进去酒店后，环境不错，整个山上遍布着各种小的汤池。我们住的星空汤屋，晚上夜空非常晴朗，看星空非常的漂亮。阳台上的独立泡池也非常舒服，私密性很强。酒店的服务员都非常热情，服务非常好，我们因为有老人和小孩，还帮我们把点的饭菜送到了房间里。特别赞一下酒店单点的套餐，饭菜非常可口，水准有星级酒店的水平。唯一的不足是酒店的洁具不够上档次，但是非常的干净整洁。
