预定时说温馨大床房，带窗户，到酒店后说艺龙订的都不带窗户，要窗户还要另外加钱，不知道商家与艺龙网怎么谈的合作，到底是谁弄错了，不过前台服务态度还不错，要窗户的需要电话核实清楚了
