酒店非常不错，第一是就在杭瑞高速、兰海高速两条主要高速边，停车场很大，还有地下车库，自驾游首选；第二是非常安静，没有城里酒店的喧闹，但离城里又不远；第三是性价比非常高，五星酒店的享受，三星酒店的价格，是我住过的五星酒店里价格最低的；第四是房间设计装修合理，设施设备先进，卫生间是感应灯，晚上上厕所不用迷迷糊糊的去找开关；第五是房间卫生舒适，床品软硬厚薄适中，不像有些五星酒店没有根据季节更换被褥；第六是酒店内环境不错，可以休闲散步；第七是服务不错，我因选择无烟房间连续更换了三间，前台和客房都不厌其烦的给予满足；第八是早餐不错，品种多，味道好，适逢中秋，酒店自己做的蛋黄月饼也很好吃，餐厅盘碗收拾积极，很有服务意识，不像有些酒店，客人吃完的盘碗长时间不收；第九是不足，大厅门口行李服务不好，我开车到门口放下行李后去停车，夫人拉着两个大行李进大厅，没人帮忙；另外有个别房间窗外近距离有墙无景，建议在有其他空房的情况下尽量避免安排这样的房间。

酒店性价比很高，环境适合会议度假，唯一是打车不方便自驾游更方便。几年没去马家湾了，这次入住感觉当地发展快速非常棒，酒店更棒，下次一定来。
