晚上三点半，听到床头有悉悉簌簌的声音，开灯看见三只蟑螂，床上有一只，恶心死了，带着孩子退房不方便，一宿没睡，把蟑螂处理了，第二天问酒店这种情况怎么说，酒店态度十分恶劣，说有蟑螂很正常，还反问我你家难道没有？简直无语，最后只退了49块钱，扬言不满意可以随时报警，非常非常非常差的住店体验！！
