酒店在湄潭国贸大楼的5、6两层，地面进口不好找，从地下停车场可乘电梯直达。硬件条件算不上出色，但以服务质量取胜，热情周到的的服务使我们有宾至如归的感觉。

酒店处于湄潭县城很中心的位置，出行很方便，去茶城和浙大广场步行15-20分钟可到。硬件条件说不上出色，但胜在服务，工作人员彬彬有礼，热情周到，送酸奶、冰淇淋、矿泉水随取随用等各种温暖的小细节使人如沐春风。一声声“早上好”开启了我们一天的美好，早餐算不上丰盛但讲究精致，绝对的诚意满满。我们一家人对这家酒店都非常满意。

交通便利，停车方便。服务贴心，工作人员热情周到。饮品高端丰富，自助畅饮。卫生干净，床品舒适，智能客控。卫生间干湿分离，大瓶液体香皂堪比传统小块固体香皂大气适用。处处鲜花绿植充满灵气，有生机活力，不愧为花苑。服务到11点、口味超棒的早餐，太适合睡到自然醒的朋友。自认为每处细节不是一般酒店们比，高贵不贵。

安全，卫生，舒适，大气。从氛围营造，迎宾客赠，引领解说，房间卫生，鲜花绿植，细节非常到位。无论自住还是接待都选他家，没有几家能做到多种饮品免费，记得瓶装不断升级：小众仙谷—怡宝—农夫山泉，每天送到房间的酸奶过果盘有仪式感很上心，离店时小姐姐还要提醒多带几瓶水。如此酒店不二选择。便宜的没有这种品质和服务。

酒店位置在县城中心，出行方便。虽处闹市但是并不吵闹，能很好的休息。接待厅和房间设施齐全，有家的味道。最大的亮点是热情周到的服务。服务人员精神面貌好，洋溢着温馨的笑容，主动细致。
