服务态度极其不好，一去就因为停车的事跟门口看门的吵了一架，闹得很不愉快，开了三个车，订的五间房，办入住的时候还特意问了我们什么时候走，说涉及到停车费的问题，沟通好了才住的，第二天换了个前台说只给出一个车的停车费，另外两个要自己出，也是醉了，信誉都让狗吃了，极其不愉快！而且酒店在一栋大厦的某几层，人员嘈杂，安全系数不高，噪音也挺大的，房间很小，不推荐入住！

宾馆不错，去娄山关玩定的房间，但前台女服务服务不好，很冷淡，这点感觉很不舒服！
