  酒店在景区半山腰，乌江寨在景区山脚，有免费摆渡车可乘坐。酒店性价比不错，客服服务周到，还帮我们免费提前搬运行李到大堂，让大家可以轻松游玩，在大门外统一办理入住后，免费游玩景区

  酒店的整体关键服务都还是很不错的，给韦露小姐姐大大的好评，入住当天还给我们升级了房型，服务态度也特别好，人长得也很漂亮，旅游好几天都没吃水果，赶路当天特别渴想吃水果，酒店没有水果了，韦露小姐姐也给我们找到了水果，大大的好评~ ????????不好的来了，我们是12月30.31号入住的，就是为了乌江寨的跨年，大部分来了就是为了跨年，跨完年回到酒店最晚也要凌晨2点了，谁还能一大早起来吃早饭。 作为服务业，明知是跨年，多个客户提出，早饭时间是否可以延时，都被酒店拒绝，羊毛出在羊身上，早饭也等于我们消费者花钱了的，毕竟天下没有免费的午餐，但是酒店还是跟我们一通掰扯，最后勉强同意我提出的请求（将早饭送到我们房门口） 过来跟我沟通的小姐姐不知道是客房部还是餐饮部，态度不好语气也很凶，我在电话的开头就明确表示第一天（31号早上）早饭10点关闭，我们起不来，导致去晚了，没看到有什么早饭，所以我不知道如果早饭送到我们房门口，我可选择的早饭都有些什么，酒店小姐姐还在凶我问：你就説你想吃什么！我请问呢，我根本不知道你们早饭有什么，早就表明了，还在凶什么呢？ 贵阳好些酒店的早饭都到12点，酒店表示现在冬天，大部分人起床困难，所以可以往后延2小时，更可况跨年呢？那么作为景区内的酒店，作为服务业，特别是特殊日子时，是不是也可以改进一些规章制度呢？ 服务：韦露小姐姐服务很好，希望酒店能改进你们的服务模式！！！！

  酒店在寨子最高处，整个外观是现代化的水泥风格，跟寨子里其它吊脚楼客栈格格不入。后悔，还是应该订底下临江的客栈。 电梯很难等，虽然有三部电梯，基本每次都要等5分钟以上，还很挤。 早餐巨多人，跟学校食堂一样，找位置要靠抢，体验感很差。
