空调不冷，换了几间房才有一间空调有点冷的，房间有异味，外面很吵，三更半夜好像还有人在吵架一样，这是我住过那么多酒店最差的一间，一定要用三个字来形容：差、差、差

环境很差，外面很吵，空调不冷，外面是大马路，窗户是老款的窗户一点隔音效果都没有，半夜三点多还是吵死人，弄脏一条毛巾还要扣30元。反正谁住谁后悔

我不怎么点评的，实在忍不住了，本人经常四处出差，这是在携程上有史以来最差的一次住宿体验！房间旧就不说了，窗外就是人行天桥，主干道，楼下门面大喇叭……反正各种不爽都在这家酒店了，建议携程下架这家，严重损害了携程的品牌

态度不好 不好 不好 他们也不会留意网上订房信息 定的单间大床有窗户的 去了给我说没窗标间 我要的就是有窗 没办法 然后居然给我开了个麻将房 特生气 不爽 态度跟欠了钱似的
