这个酒店是一个欧式风格的酒店，房间干净卫生，设施齐全，性价比不错，带早餐，6月30日住了一晚，开了4个房间，周边交通便利，有机会再来，仍将这个酒店作为首选！

共住了三天，中间换了一次房。交通方便是优点。但房间里的设施很一般，特别是换房之后的房间里很多东西都用不了，电视开不了，电话打不了，淋浴喷头用不了。服务质量真的说不上好，服务员对业务不熟，像是没有经过培训就上岗了，并且在节日期间晚上就安排一个服务员来办理手续，入住时要等好久。最不能接受的是，反应房间设施的问题后，不是积极解决，而是说本来就是这样的或是实际是好的，没有主动改进的态度。

每次来遵义都住在这个酒店，这次明显觉得酒店服务人员态度变差，而且是非常，让我很不愉快。
打电话去前台，首先基本的问候语都没有，电话接通后我在这头一直喂，那边的客服却在跟旁边的人说话对我不搭理，等跟我说话后语气也很冷漠，电话挂断也没有结束语，很冷漠。总之对于服务态度真的很不满意。客服人员的专业度有必要加强！问问题每次接电话的都是新人，问不得两个问题要转头问旁边的人，然后旁边的（老员工吧）接了电话就是无语的语气！
