酒店陈旧，卫生糟糕，热水不好，空调不给力，非常不专业的酒店，就像私人小旅馆的感觉，推荐住赤水夜市繁华的贵福金街上的商务酒店，性价高！且宵夜方便。

位置较偏（但去景点比较方便，在去景点的路线上)，位于赤水新城区，跟导航走还是很容易找到，不过因为酒店没有自己的大堂前台，虽然找到地理位置了，但不知道从哪里才能进入酒店（也没有一个指示牌之类的)，东问西问才找到。房间倒是还宽敞，但配备的洗漱用品全是摆设（空盒子，里面没有牙刷、香皂、浴帽），淋浴热水和空调也完全不给力，水根本不热，洗澡洗来全身发冷;空调温度始终上不去，开一晚上都是只有16度，冬天这季节根本睡不暖和睡不好。也没有自己的餐厅，提供不了早餐。至少这个冬季时候还是不推荐选择，性价比低。

至少目前不推荐入住。房间位于一个园区内，园区尚处于施工中。酒店分为几栋楼，所有的房间基本都位于三楼，一二楼还处于施工中，上楼没有电梯，感觉酒店尚未通过验收，但是已经开始实用了。进房间感觉首先要穿过一个工地。
