经常出差，从未见过酒店这样的服务人员，16号早上退房时时间不是很充裕，因为不知道去高铁站要半小时，退房就说了一句麻烦快一点我要赶车，前台的用非常傲慢的口气说催也没用，自己不知道早点吗，名字我不知道，就是那个又黑又丑的那个女的，分明她就是上帝好吗，因为要赶车我什么都没有说，但是真的太气人，从未见过这样的服务人员，不会再去第二次，这是我第一次差评。
