首先说说服务，真是差到爆，前台像傻的一样，我第一天刷的预授权，第二天续住给的现金硬是说不退我零钱，叫我退房的时候来退，不知道她怎么想的！打电话到前台送两瓶免费的水，磨磨唧唧半天后面答应送也没送过来！房间我已经说要续住了，第二天我还在睡觉，服务员自己突然就开门进来！后面又一直敲门说要打扫卫生！房间洗澡的热水也不好，洗澡的时候水还漏不下去！电视机也是很老式的那种，看都看不清楚！反正一句话就是不建议大家入住，硬件设施说酒店开的时间长了也能理解，但酒店员工的素质真是差！
