第N次入住名城方洲酒店了，酒店的设施没的说，早餐也很好，酒店前台的服务也很热情周到，就是客房服务员的素质太差了，因为早上要带孩子去医学院看病，我们续了房，考虑到房间里的东西太多了就告诉客房服务员暂时不用打扫，下午我们回到房间就让服务员过来只是倒一下房间和厕所的垃圾筒，结果一位年纪较大的服务员一来就超级不满的语气说——“你们不是说不用打扫吗？现在又让换垃圾！……” 骂骂咧咧说了好一会儿，要不是我和孩子都感冒了，想着多一事不如少一事，我绝不会忍，绝对会投诉，这种服务员素质太差了，是不是看我们一家女人孩子都病了好欺负。
