前台在办理入住时态度不好，告知过第二天退房是两点前，第二天12点左右打电话到房间问要不要续住，催due-out我表示理解，此时我告知要退房，但是服务员在下午1:20又去敲了房门问是不是要退房，第二次睡觉被吵醒的感觉很不好
