酒店故意刁难客户，没有责任心，管理混乱，因为酒店维修电梯导致客人无法入住，在处理退单退款时，蛮横无理百般刁难，经过多次电话沟通，酒店依然撒谎说电梯是好的，可以入住，明明没有不配合退单退款，还是撒谎说已经退了，这样的酒店在贵州这样的旅游省，在仁怀酒都，实在是丢贵州人的脸，丢仁怀人的脸，很让人感到不耻，这种酒店还是奉劝大家少去
