位置不错，在老城区中心，交通拥挤，购物餐饮方便，对面就是遵义会议景区，值得看看；房间挺大，设施较好，整洁舒适，虽处闹市，还很安静，偶尔有军人操练的口号，也不觉闹人；早餐不错；院内停车场较大，但停放的车也特多，时常找不到空车位。
