前台短头发，单眼皮的前台服务简直不好，改好好培训下了，房间卫生也不好，洗漱用的杯子上还有特别多的水渍。直接不敢用，浴巾那些看着都直接不敢用。

本人由于突发事件无法按照原定计划入住该酒店，在20:00通过艺龙网与酒店对接申请退房，而且愿意承担30%违约金，酒店居然强买强卖不接受退房申请，而且在本人都未入住的情况下，网页上居然显示已入住。请问是谁去入住的?建议大家不要再网上预付订房!商家霸王条款太多!
