酒店工作人员服务很好。细致周到。刚到的时候家里人有高反，酒店工作人员立马就拿了氧气。不小心把👋烫伤了，酒店工作人员及时送来了烫伤药。真的非常感谢！房间很暖和，看出去景色也很好。退房还送了小朋友小礼物🎁。第一次冬天到九寨沟，愉快舒适的体验！

春节假期九寨沟冰雪之旅，入住九寨康莱德酒店，新酒店设施高大上，入住体验非常好，每位员工都很热情，特别表扬前台年措小姐姐，每个细节都帮我们考虑到了，还给了爱心暖宝宝，特别温暖。

其实我对康莱德印象比较一般的。反复住过杭州、北京跟东京的康莱德都不是很满意。但九寨康莱德真的很好 。leon 、年措、bob真的是态度佳，服务热情～因为我来得晚也没带厚衣服，leon半夜帮我找超市 最后跑出去帮我买到一套秋衣裤，真的很贴心。房间很新，景观也还不错，房间入住不满会主动帮升级。
早餐可以送餐到房间（建议可以主动提量再要多一些）隔壁希尔顿的餐厅石锅酸萝卜牦牛肉很好吃。沟口有家 扎西藏餐的手抓羊肉跟牛排火锅也好吃～希望对你们有所帮助
