酒店在山顶上 周边景色很好 服务也不错 前台热情 但是早餐一般吧 有点对不起悦榕庄这个品牌 另外洗漱间内应该放一个垃圾桶 扔东西很不方便

总体来说是很不错的，地理位置位于山顶。下山要包酒店的车。如果不是自驾的话出去不太容易但是酒店玩玩还是不错。景色也蛮好。服务的话还是很好。只是有的时候服务响应还是比较慢。

1、订了三晚，因为有点高反，所以入住时，告知前台，只入住二晚，前台说不行，委托携程酒店部经理协调，酒店拒绝提前离店。
2、因为高反，入住时委托前台买头疼药，前台说让山下员工上班带上来，第二天工作人员说连药+车费，收我50元，药20多元。
3、去机场3小时左右，黄龙更远，草原更远，九寨沟正常1.5小时左右，
4、如果是去九寨沟玩，不建议住，交通太不方便，时间耗在路程上太多，如果是入住酒店，悦榕庄硬件是那里最好的
5、酒店在山顶，交通不是很方便，上山16公里盘山转弯，晕车的人，估计难受
6、希望好好改进

离九寨沟景点好远没有入住，买了取消险！但是不给退，觉得就是个坑！不知道为什么携程为什么和这样的保险合作

这是四川行住的最贵的五星，但住宿感受还是有两处不满意的地方了。空调嘈得整晚睡不稳，水池工作人员说是恒温，但没有恒温。形同虚设，满意的是餐厅表现，但略贵。
