因为是亲子旅行，但是酒店的儿童俱乐部太小了，可以玩的玩具也少的可怜。没儿童坐便器，没儿童推车出租。酒店的门童服务待提升，坐出租车回来，没看见一个门童。但是服务人员都很礼貌，会见面问好，尤其是自助餐厅的服务人员，服务意识相当好。

来了九寨就知道选希尔顿绝对没错，其余本地酒店确实入不了法眼，洲际酒店又距离太远。这里距离可以接受，酒店本生打造的很好，当然还没全部开发完，否则可能更贵了。早餐很好，中餐厅也不错，分量足又便宜。对于不吃牛羊肉的朋友和对环境要求高的朋友绝对福音。再过几年后面整体打造出来会更好。
