入住并没有别的评论里所说的管家服务，有水果赠送。入住第一天，前台接待女孩不错，直接送了我儿子三天早餐劵，非常感谢。离开酒店早上，开发票时，我为了节约时间，在去吃早餐前先去退房，把开票资料给了前台，吃完早餐，以为可以马上拿到发票，但前台说发票是携程开的，无奈，我打电话核实，携程客服要求我把电话给前台，最后还是酒店开发票给我。开票前台从头到尾没有一句对不起，还打错一个字，重新又开一遍。
