酒店设施没啥说的四星以上的配置，环境位置都不错，值得一提的是前台和大堂服务，堪比五星标准，大堂经理能给每个客人都当自己朋友一般，到这里住感觉跟当地朋友专程接待似的，下次就直接奔这里啦

酒店不错～家庭房很宽敞，服务也很好，到晚上酒店10点多了，008号服务特别热情，主动帮我们拿箱子，送到房间，非常感谢！

带爸妈去九寨沟旅游，提前在网上预订了家庭房三人住的，酒店性价比很高！房间很干净，服务贴心，房间每天为我们准备3瓶矿泉水。在酒店住的两晚的晚餐都在餐厅点餐，川菜的味道很正宗，餐厅的服务员服务很好，其中003号服务员很不错哦！酒店的郭经理给我们提供了出行的建议，很实用很贴心，听了郭经理的建议，离开九寨沟后又去了神仙池、红原，一路真的美不胜收，不枉此行！
