硬件一般，热水很充足，不过准备洗澡时发现顶喷和花洒都坏了，水向四周喷，遂放弃。房间有暖气，不过半夜停了，也带有电热毯，由于刚从红原下来，在这里睡得也特别香

受九寨沟地震影响，价格很实惠，性价比很高，服务态度很好，本来定了两晚，第一晚上由于交通道路塌方交通管制，酒店很快就给办理了退款
