整个酒店的设施比较陈旧了，实际环境比网站照片上相差的较多，自助早餐品种很少，但是饱腹没有问题，同为五星酒店，我会选择其他。

在九寨沟有这样的酒店真是没想到，鲁能集团的。听服务员讲，以前别墅是不对外的，设计的也不像经营的酒店。房间都是高大上的实木，处处精致！很值得入住！

首先酒店很好，免费接机的服务，还特地为我们安排了商务车，我们3个大人2个小孩。接机的师傅开的很稳，还特意在风景优美的地方停下来让我们拍照、休息， 到达酒店后，我们订的家庭套房，在旁边的一栋独立的别墅里，上下两楼，特别的安静，房间很大，2个卧室每个房间都有一台电脑。3个卫生间，（ps：上厕所不用抢了！）
