很方便，酒店也很干净，都是品牌卫浴，保利，值得信赖哈，而且宾馆有自助打印机，可以直接打印网上订购的九寨沟的门票，免去了去取票的麻烦

没问题绝对4星价格准5星服务！因为路上堵车，大家到酒店都已经22点了，问餐厅是否还有晚餐？人家已经下班了，但是还是啊帮我们把饭菜做好，并且服务员23:30还没下班一直等着，弄的我们都不好意思了。房间服务设施也没问题，衣柜里有备用的被子。反正都不错

酒店很人性化，服务超级棒。我定了2晚，因为第一天飞机延误一天没住上，打给同程说不能退。到酒店入住时大堂服务人员主动跟我说可以顺延2晚。还主动帮我联系定酒店的网站。真是太棒了。以后来还住这家。

我们一行六人来九寨沟的，先定了保利新九寨宾馆一晚的标间。我先被他们的大停车震撼了，停车方便！服务生问了有行李后马上给我们推行李车过来，而且超热情！办理手续后，前台的帅哥小何帮我定了景区的门票，我不得不佩服他们的服务态度！晚上我立刻又续的房价，以后再来就这家了！心里暖暖的。酒店房间也很干净，推荐给大家！哦，对了，酒店的早餐品种也很多，各种口味让你选择，赞
