入住两天，第一天有一间房间淋浴地漏直接堵死不能洗澡，打电话报修没有人及时处理，一直到第二天游完九寨沟才处理完。还好一行5人，5个人都挤在一间房洗澡。退房一天后发现笔记本充电电源忘在酒店，打了前台电话，帮忙找到，可惜口头答应给快递到家，这都大半月过了，连快递的影都看不到，打电话还拉黑。要不就别答应，答应了就要做到，这种出尔反尔的服务，试问谁还敢再来体验。差评！差评！差评！

应该说性价比还是可以，走路去沟口比较远，我们带了小孩所以只有打车过去，房间的地毯较脏，建议酒店清洗。而且我们已经入住离店一天了，居然还是一直在核实入住信息，这样的效率让人很不爽。

酒店很干净舒适，停车位也是够的，什么都有，很方便也很安静，距离九寨沟沟口步行10几分钟就到了，旁边的豪华酒店还可以取景区门票
