主要接旅行团的酒店。大冷的天，第一次给安排的房间都没有暖气，弄个破空调还只能制冷。工作人员比较鸡贼，明明有供暖的房间不给安排，找各种理由解释。后来在要求退房，不给退就打110的威胁下才给调换了有暖气的房间。怎么也是五六百一天订的房间。这服务和硬件，感觉不值。

无法更烂！这种脏乱差的小旅馆居然780一晚，由于当地旅游配套设施缺乏、他们也不怕没生意做。
1.房间里的毛巾很脏，看了这情况都没办法洗澡了。
2.第二天回来发现一大串钥匙插在门上，就是所有房间的钥匙。如果有人拿了钥匙就可以进门随意偷走行李，甚至其他房间也可以随意进入。
一早，去退房。把这一大把钥匙还回去，居然酒店都不知道掉了钥匙，也一点点不表示感谢。好像很正常。
3.还了房卡和钥匙，拿回押金100元。离店。开车到半路，小旅馆打电话给我，质问我房卡呢？我说还了呀。我押金拿回来了。她说问题是现在不见了。你还给谁了。我哪知道你们酒店的谁和谁啊！真的是莫名其妙！
