酒店硬件环境都比较好，有专车接送去游客中心，服务人员都很友好。需要加强的是，客房服务人员进入房间前应该先敲门，得到允许或者确认房间内无人再进入！

艺龙网上订的，因为不能退，只好从喀纳斯山庄搬到这里，一样的价钱，但绝对不一样的体验。首先房间要小一倍，也没有那边新。吃饭的价格要贵一倍，那面的大盘鸡是168，这边是288。翻下菜单最便宜的西红柿炒鸡蛋是68。酒店离接待中心很远，虽然酒店有专门的接送车，但前台电话总是打不通，第二天想出去看晨雾，问酒店服务员，9:30才有车，那我步行去吧，借个手电筒，前台服务员屌屌的，看都不看你，什么都没有！
