在香港攜程訂房，用繁體字訂房，
但入住前打電話詢問，
竟然說查無訂房資訊，
也沒辦法幫忙處理，
最後我們自己花了非常多時間聯繫攜程網、飯店櫃檯，
非常不愉快。
另外，這間酒店地點是在賈登域，
並不是在喀納斯景區內，
千萬別被名字給誤導了。

没见过这么烂的酒店，喀纳斯那么冷进门窗户大开，晚上想吃个泡面刚热上水竟然跳闸了，一晚上没有电，找服务员说不管，这还不是最恶心的，早晨起来好不容易把被窝暖热，八点敲门让强行退房，原因是老板有事，我就草了，老板有事和退房有毛关系？

非常一般，除了离贾登峪大门比较近以外优势很少，wifi少且信号弱，设施比较老旧，吃点东西也是巨贵，周边有小超市，烤串的，别的吃饭的快餐的很少

房间卫生实在太差，要不是到了晚上，景区附近酒店没有空房，真有要逃离的感觉。现在想起来还是觉得不太舒服。酒店位置也不错，为什么不好好装修整治一下呢？！虽然便宜，但今后不会再入住。
