看到好评4.5分才定的这家酒店，住了才知道脏乱差，服务态度恶劣，房间文字特别多，第一天无法啊入睡，客服说无法解决，特别是前台一个胖胖的接待，无精打采的样子，说什么都不耐烦，真怀疑，4.5的评分是怎么来的？

没有早餐，不能加床，我们是一家三口，大床房有点儿挤，后来换了标间。整体环境一般，我们是过来吃鱼的，福海的鱼真是好吃，酒店的后面有一家鱼店，五道黑很好吃。

交通便利，周围有超市，药店，水果店，吃饭的地方也很多，还是比较适合入住的。房间卫生挺好的，唯一就是卫生间的地面比房间地面高，水都流外面了，不合理。

宾馆周边吃饭较为便利。只是卫生间干湿不分离，烧水的茶壶特别脏，换洗用的浴巾不知用了多少年，都有破洞了，感觉宾馆的设施跟价位实在不匹配。

酒店位于福海县最繁华的振达广场内，停车很方便，出行更方便。周边有许多餐厅饭馆，水果摊。振达商务宾馆房间每间只有120元一晚，但空间大，干净整洁，服务态度好，有要求立即满足，可谓物美价廉。
