酒店服务特别好，一进门保安就热情地打招呼，酒店前台也很热情，都能微笑服务，赶上节日还有贴心小礼物和贺卡赠送。旁边就是小吃店，早餐晚餐都很方便，美食经济实惠，口味地道。就是酒店基础设施有点陈旧，卫生条件还不错。办理入住和退房也很有效率。

位置很好找。酒店有漂亮的接待人员，热情指点我们吃饭的好地方。幸亏她的指点，我们买了足够厚的衣服才，否则喀纳斯和赛里木湖以及巴音布鲁克会被冻坏了。

虽然价格在当地算便宜的，硬件设施确实很差，房间非常不隔音，隔壁说话大点声说话的声音清清楚楚，房间很简陋，墙皮还掉皮，总之就是很简单的宾馆，二星以下的水平

没找到空调遥控器，幸好一个人住的标间，压了两床被子睡的还比较暖和。 酒店旁边有家四十九丸子汤，还不错，22块一大碗比较实惠。
