一个字，差，两个字，很差，三个字，十分差！设施旧，也算了，服务员态度恶劣。前台居然没有人值班，问了门口保安，才知道去128敲门，询问。没有空调可以理解，可是窗户打不开就不明白了，叫来服务员，好身手，穿鞋子踩着凳子用力掰开，临走，再来个用力关门，代一句我听不懂的话！
床是弹簧床，全部是弹簧啊！真材实料。毛巾还是湿的，难为这个酒店了，开了这么久，还没有关门大吉。

差就一个字 我只说一次！除了前台经理模样的人还有点服务意识，其他人简直就像是二十年前的公务员啊，你们在这上班委屈了！不能刷预授权，提前付房费或者交1k现金做押金，还自称是阿勒泰市最好的酒店！房间设施陈旧，有县级市招待所的风范，第一间房空调坏，各种门把手坏的程度还不尽相同各有千秋，挂牌三星连抽纸都没有，卫生纸不如地摊货，害得我还得去超市买纸！早餐热菜只有4个，而且只上一轮，没有就没有啦！吃饭是需要拼体力的！我住的算景观房，但是玻璃没擦啊，怎么看的到？
